Telekinesis

Telekinesis - also known as psychokinesis - is the act of making physical changes to reality by the power of the mind alone. As such it is a significant step up from telepathy which involves the exchange of information but no physical activity. Otherwise known as remote influencing .
Much has been written about the connection between supposed poltergeist activity and telekinesis. Many a time there is a pubescent teenage in the location and it is thought that at this stage in an individuals development the energy and manipulation of such can be attributed to such phenomena.

Trance Mediumship

Trance Mediumship or channelling, like so many other forms of spirit communication , is very misunderstood.
First of all, it does not mean that the medium is, in anyway possessed by a spirit personality. Possession, or attachment (apparently the new buzz word) is extremely rare. Nor does it mean that the medium leaves his or her body and the spirit enters in.
Mediumistic control is a means of sharing a mental and psychical energies between the medium and the spirit communicator or entity. Control signifies a telepathic rapport between the two. How strong a rapport they are determines the degree of control. Control can range from inspired thought to conscious control, to light trance, to deep trance. Then to very deep trance. It all depends upon the work at hand and the mental and psychical energies available to the spirit communicator or operator.
Further more , because in the trance condition the spirit communicator is speaking directly through the consciousness of the medium, rather than a medium relating what is being mentally given to him or her, the voice pattern, inflection and general manner of speech differ from the normally exhibited by the medium.
Trance is yet another wonderful form of communication from our friends on the other side to access. The most phenomenal philosophies and messages have been delivered through trance. Regardless whether the TV companies like it or not! Trance in the real world is a wonderful event to witness. The mediums (channels) are dedicated individuals who have studied and devoted their time to allow this partnership of two individuals, here and of the other side wanting to impart knowledge and messages to loved ones here on this side of life. Now there’s nothing too hammer horror in that is there?

Wicca

The Basics of Wicca
We practice rites to attune ourselves with the natural rhythm of life forces marked by the phases of the moon and the seasonal quarters and cross-quarters.We recognize that our intelligence gives us a unique responsibility toward our environment. We seek to live in harmony with nature, in ecological balance offering fulfilment to life and consciousness within an evolutionary concept. We acknowledge a depth of power far greater than is apparent to the average person. Because this power is far greater than ordinary, we sometimes call this force "supernatural", but we see this power as lying within that which is naturally potential to all.We conceive of the Creative Power in the Universe as manifesting through polarity --as masculine and feminine--and that this creative power lives in all people, and functions through the interaction of the masculine and feminine. We value neither above the other, knowing each to be supportive of the other. We value sexuality as pleasure, as the symbol and embodiment of Life.We recognize both outer worlds and inner, or psychological, worlds--sometimes knows as the spiritual world, the Collective Unconscious, the Inner Planes, et cetera--and we see in the interaction of these two dimensions the basis for paranormal phenomena and magickal exercises. We neglect neither dimensions for the other, seeing both as necessary for our fulfilment. We do not recognize any authoritarian hierarchy, but do honour those who teach, respect those who share their greater knowledge and wisdom, and acknowledge those who have courageously given of themselves in leadership. We see religion, magick, and wisdom-in-living as united in the way one views the world and lives within it--a world view and philosophy of life, which we identify as witchcraft or the Wiccan Way.Calling oneself "Witch" does not make a Witch--but neither does heredity itself, nor the collecting of titles, degrees, and initiations. A witch seeks to control the forces within him/herself that make life possible to live wisely and well, without harm to others, and in harmony with nature. We acknowledge that it is the affirmation and fulfilment of life, in a continuation of evolution and development of consciousness, that gives meaning to the Universe we know, and to our personal role within that Universe. Our only animosity toward Christianity, or toward any other religion or philosophy of life, is to the extent that these institutions have claimed to be "the one true right and only way" and have sought to deny freedom to others and to suppress other ways of religious practices and belief. As Witches, we do not feel threatened by debates on the history of the Craft, the origins of various terms, the legitimacy of various aspects of different traditions. We concern ourselves with our present and our future. We do not accept the concept of "absolute evil", nor do we worship any entity known as "Satan" or "the Devil" as defined by Christian Traditions. We do not seek power through the suffering of theirs, nor do we accept the concept that personal benefits can only be derived by denial to another. We work within nature for that which is contributory to our health and well-being. Not bound by traditions from other times and other cultures, we owe no allegiance to any person or power greater than the divinity manifest through our own being. As Witches, we welcome and respect all life-affirming teachings and traditions. We seek to learn from all and to share our learning. We do not wish to open ourselves to the destruction of Wicca by those on self-serving power trips, or to philosophies and practices contradictory to these principles. In seeking to exclude those whose ways are contradictory to ours, we do not want to deny participation's with any person who carries a sincere interest in our knowledge and beliefs, regardless of race, colour, sex, age, national or cultural origins, or sexual preference.
