Telekinesis - also known as psychokinesis - is the act of making physical changes to reality by the power of the mind alone. As such it is a significant step up from telepathy which involves the exchange of information but no physical activity. Otherwise known as remote influencing .Much has been written about the connection between supposed poltergeist activity and telekinesis. Many a time there is a pubescent teenage in the location and it is thought that at this stage in an individuals development the energy and manipulation of such can be attributed to such phenomena.
